# References for High Peak Peptides

> Research bibliography | High Peak Peptides — The High Peak Peptides reading list: childhood growth, GHRH reviews, CJC-1295 pharmacology, ipamorelin animal studies and the published patient trial.

The childhood height trial starts the argument. These are the studies, reviews and editorials that broaden and complicate it.

## Sermorelin clinical sources

The [childhood sermorelin trial](https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/8772599/) measures a direct growth outcome. The [GHRH review](https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/39537825/) supplies the broader biological context. Walker’s [case for physiological hormone release](https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/18046908/) and Blackman’s [caution about aging interventions](https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/18981489/) are editorials, with arguments to weigh. The [older-adult cognition trial](https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/22869065/) tested tesamorelin.

## CJC-1295 and ipamorelin

CJC-1295’s record includes albumin chemistry, healthy-adult hormone studies, a mouse growth experiment, serum-protein work and analytical identification of an unknown preparation. The ipamorelin entries cover human pharmacology, the published bowel-surgery trial, rat bone growth and ferret chemotherapy-associated weight loss.

The cardiovascular paper tested a different ghrelin-receptor agonist in rats. I treat that compound distinction as essential when discussing safety. The bibliographic entries below retain each paper’s published identity.
